Terms of service.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required for all appointments. If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you do not provide written notice that you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your appointment will not be rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Once processed, payments will not be refunded. Canceled sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of original session. 

*For distance Reiki Zoom sessions, your Zoom link will be emailed after the appointment is confirmed and after payment is received.. Stefanie will wait 7 minutes for you to join the live-video session, and after that, if you have not joined, it will be considered a "no show." Session will not be rescheduled and payment will not be refunded.

Payment Policy: For in-person sessions, payment is due at the time of the appointment. For distance/virtual sessions, payment is due upon booking. There are no refunds once payment is processed.
