This is how my spiritual breakthrough began!
It all started in 2010...
I was just starting out on my holistic, self-love journey. After suffering with an eating and anxiety disorder for 10 years, I was ready to take charge of my life and finally put my health first! After getting a few Reiki sessions, I started to notice positive shifts in how I handled stress and negative self-talk.
In addition to promoting inner peace and calm, Reiki helped me heal completely from that anxiety and eating disorder. I finally started feeling at peace with myself and I wanted to begin to practice self-healing on a daily basis, so I took my first Reiki class.
After that class, I began activating my spiritual abilities and trusting my intuition! It was an incredible experience! Being able to practice Reiki on myself changed my life drastically- for the better! I improved my health physically, mentally, emotionally, and of course, spiritually!
The positive shifts that Reiki brings into your life are indescribable and this is why I think everyone should take a Reiki class! Reiki is bliss. Pure, unfiltered, bliss.

“I took Stefanie's Level 1 Reiki certification course. First of all, Reiki is a very new modality for me. I am a self-described "non-spiritual" person. Reiki Certification Classes

Reiki Level 1: $333
Learn about Reiki, an ancient Japanese healing technique used to promote stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki helps restore our energetic balance for mind-body-spirit healing, relaxes the body, and ease discomfort. This course includes the history of Reiki, the Level I attunement, instructions on how to complete a full Reiki healing session for yourself and family members, and practice time. Manual and certificate provided (via PDF). 5 hour class TBD
Advanced Cellular Memory Course: $444
If you want to learn how to access cellular memories and release them at their core, fundamental level, this class if for you! By learning the cellular memory technique, you can tap into the root causes of energetic disturbances (from this lifetime or a past lifetime) and gently lift and replace them with high-vibrational energy. This class is open to certified Reiki Masters only. Proof of certification is required to register.
This 2.5 hour class is held online via Zoom. It includes instructional learning and practice time. Certificate is provided.
Reiki Level 2: $444
Ready to open a professional Reiki practice? Continue your Reiki healing journey by learning the three sacred Reiki symbols to augment physical healing, mental-emotional healing, and distance healing. You will receive the Reiki Level II attunement, and will learn how to conduct distance healing. Pre-requisites: proof of Reiki I completion. May not be taken less than three months after Reiki Level I. Certificate is provided. 5.5 hour class TBD
Karuna Reiki® Master Class: $999
Karuna Reiki® is a registered trademark of The International Center for Reiki Training. It is defined as compassionate action guided by wisdom. It is a powerful, high vibrational energy that serves to heal issues in your present and past, heal your aura, protect yourself from psychic attack, and help with karmic healing, health and wellbeing, and manifestation. This class is open to Reiki Masters who have held certification for at least 6 months. Proof of certification is required to register.
Karuna Reiki® is a powerful addition to your Reiki practice. It works on the spiritual and emotional levels and helps promote grounding and a stronger connection to Spirit. It is an intensive 2-day class with 2 levels, 2 attunements, and 12 symbols. You must have an email address registered with The International Center for Reiki Training to receive the digital manual. Certificate provided.
Reiki Master Level: $555
Ready to teach others about Reiki? In this final class, the Master Level attunement will be given. You will learn and practice how to give attunements. Reiki Master Level may not be taken less than nine months after Reiki Level II. Pre-requisites for this course include proof of Reiki I and Reiki II completion, providing Reiki sessions to at least five different people, and having a strong understanding of the Reiki symbols. Manual and certificate are provided. 6 hour, 1-day class TBD
